No, it’s actually legal what he did. That’s why you need to use a condom every time to protect yourself. I think there has been one case where an HIV positive man was knowingly infecting other people, and he was found guilty of manslaughter. But for a normal STD I don’t think that will happen.
Maybe you could just forward the emails to the next girl he tries to date.

If there are medical records proving that he knew about it beforehand then probably.

If he knew it and and didn’t tell you then he can be charged with a felony. Go to the police and tell them what happened, bring the emails and any medical records you have. He is a punk-ass and should be in jail

Its your responsibility too. When you have sex, you take risks. If you’re old enough to have sex you should be old enough to take on the responsibilites. He cant get arrested because you accepted him and decided to have sex with him without the protection. Kinda like if you drink and drive. Someone offers to sell you beer and you buy it. If you dont be careful and decide to drive and hit someone, then you take the responsibility. It takes 2 people’s decision in your case including you, unless you were raped.

He can and SHOULD go to jail for this. It’s a felony, I’m with the 20 year cop on this one. He’s a punk and should be held accountable. .. One of my sisters had a “non-fatal” STD that turned into cervical cancer.. Which turned into uterine cancer,, which turned into liver cancer… Which turned into tumors, and brain cancer. There’s no such thing as a MINOR STD.

In my state it is a felony crime to intentionally spread an STD. We recently had a huge case where some guy got pissed off that he became HIV positive and had sex with 30 some odd women to retaliate. More than half of them ended up HIV positive and the others still have to be tested regularly. He got life without parole.
